Prior to returning the HD-RH1 System or any of its components to Iconix for any reason you MUST call +1 805 690 3650 and speak with a customer service representative. The Customer Service representative will provide you with an RMA number that you must include on the front of the shipping box and again within the packing materials containing the camera or components shipped. Iconix takes no responsibility for poorly packed or shipped components and recommends use of the original Iconix shipping box.
